    Norman Bird Sanctuary

    Enjoy this large 450 acres wildlife refuge. Views of the ocean and surrounding areas can be seen from atop Hanging Rock. Schools and community groups can take advantage of the guided walk provided by the sanctuary. A museum is also featured and can be enjoyed by visitors to the sanctuary.

    Blithewold Mansion, Gardens and Arboretum

    Situated on Bristol Harbor overlooking Narragansett Bay, the mansion and grounds cover 33 acres. The mansion itself boasts 45 rooms, and is actually the second mansion built on this site, as the first burned down in 1906. Many of the furnishings date back to the original home which was built in 1896. The gardens and grounds are remarkable, and offer incredible views of the bay.

    East Beach Camp Area

    This is a first come, first serve campground, and no reservations are accepted. A Barrier Beach Permit is required to gain access to any Rhode Island State Barrier Beach or access road. The permits can be obtained from the park office, and are valid from July 1st until June 30th of the following year.
