Accessed via Asylum Avenue, this 126-acre (51-ha) park offers hiking and biking paths, ball fields, a children's playground and a saltwater beach with bathhouse. Warwick City Park hosts the annual Warwick Heritage Festival in May.
Located on Narragansett Parkway, this attractive little park is a popular venue for many Gaspee Days events. Overlooking the bay, George B. Salter Memorial Grove is a great place to spend a summer afternoon.
Goddard Memorial State Park is the most visited Metropolitan Park in Rhode Island. A full range of attractions, facilities and services is offered including a golf course, bridle trails, an equestrian show area, game fields, a performing arts center, a beach and more. A naturalist program is offered seasonally.
